They have said “it takes a village to raise a child.” Our program acknowledges everyone as a vital proponent in each of our members’ success. In this village we work together to strengthen young women in providing them with the necessary critical thinking skills in order for them to become leaders and future role models. In today’s society being fiscally responsible is valued along with being able to establish healthy lifestyles for the avid growth of these young women’s mindset.

YWOTR’s economic and wellness program develops young women from ages 7 to 25 all across the Five NYC boroughs and now the lower parts of Westchester County in which they begin a mission to fulfill their endeavors. This organization was formed to navigate young women onto a journey by providing empowering mastery workshops that employ everyday economy and healthy life skill advocacies.

YWOTR will continue to empower individuals by encouraging partnerships that  promote economic change and to sustain healthy alliances.

YWOTR redefines possibilities by creating noteworthy opportunities. Our program enables young women to view their dreams, imagination as tangible and successful goals.
